It may be cold now, but come warm weather, this new sunroom and deck with porcelain floor tile is a respite from long days at work.

This 20×24 sunroom with 2″x6″ wall framing has R-19 wall insulation and 9′ walls. Stepping up from the lower level, are 16’x14′ deck in two steps.

We installed Atrium 60″x60″ double hung window units to add to efficiencies year-round. Inside is a cathedral ceiling with scissor roof trusses. Additional construction includes 1″x8″ tongue and groove wood ceiling.

We also installed 20″x20″ porcelain floor tile and a Carrier mini-split HVAC system. A cathedral wood ceiling provides plenty of room with a ductless mini-split HVAC unit. All wrapped around outside with a 18×18′ deck with front and rear steps and transition landings.

Call Mr. Fix It today and let’s get to work on your ideas.
